Days of Art 2017-11: Oh, the Places You’ll Go!

The text is by Theodor Seuss Geisel (Dr. Seuss), from Oh, the Places You’ll Go!, first published in January 1990, when the famed author was 85 year old. It is a simple, profound wisdom, and my favorite of his works, along with Green Eggs and Ham which is one of the first books I taught myself to read.

There is a whole universe out there, and it has your name on it. Go, get yourself some, and take a camera, some paper, and a pen. You’ll want to write down what it tells you.
