This shot was taken in 1984. It is evident from the styles of dress and hair that we aren’t looking at a contemporary image. The quality and sharpness of the photo add to the image’s sense of age, despite being familiar and ordinary enough for us to identify with. The subtle differences however, contribute to how we may asses and value this image.
